Terrible experience with Covid testing. Advertise 24-48 hour results. I wanted for 6 days for results to be available on their patient portal. Still can’t get receipt of payment. No response from the Clinic on the terrible service. I was not travelling during a holiday. I let them know I needed the results for travel. And have a 72 hour window from collection to arriving in Canada. Definitely do not recommend this place.

Amazing service. Very careful staff all following CDC guidelines. I fell down as was nervous about going to an emergency room so a friend recommended this urgent care center and they were great. Professional and detailed. I have a fractured ankle and they explained what I should and should not do for the next 6 weeks. Best 160 I have ever spent to put my mind at ease and the wait was not bad at all.

We have used them countless times for COVID testing for travel. They turn the PCR tests around in 48 hours or less which has been awesome! We just flew out of the country to get married and Dr Ferrara was amazing about writing us a letter to get back in via the CDC guidelines. Further, due to a language barrier, we had a small issue with the letter coming back in. But we were able to get a hold of him and he very quickly made a change and resent the letter to us! He has been wonderful!!

I expected more. My partner has been to the Peachtree location a couple of times and liked it but they were only doing COVID testing there so I went to this location for abdominal pain. The doctor was ok enough. They don’t have anything except an X-ray there so don’t expect to be able to get an ultrasound or anything like that. The dr basically told me “if pain gets worse just go to ER” which, I mean, that’s solid advice for life overall, but I was trying to get some help from them first. The worst: their phlebotomist punctured through my vein when trying to give me IV fluids so for like 5 mins saline was just pulling inside my arm. I was too distracted by tummy ache the first couple of minutes to notice, then it started to *really* hurt. They pulled it out and gave up on trying to give me fluids after...ok...Never have I ever had anyone have problems with my veins before. The worst pt. 2: they took my blood for a CBC test - it’s been 9 days since and I still haven’t gotten my test results back. I was told it’d be a day or 2 but Ive called several times since then and nothing. I sure hope nothing is super bad in my results because I have no way of knowing...so I basically paid 170 to get a zofran and a gi cocktail prescription and to get traumatized by a failed attempt at an IV.

On Feb. 4th, my eldest daughter went for a rapid COVID-19; within two hours, she got a call letting her know she was positive. On Feb. 5th, my second eldest daughter went for a PCR test for COVID-19; the next day, she learned she was positive. On Feb. 8th, I went for a PCR test; the next day, I got a call from Dr. Ferrara, letting me know I am positive. I am completely satisfied with the work of all the team at Atlanta Urgent Care (Druid Hills), from the persons doing the virtual interviews to the persons doing the nasal swabbings to the persons calling with the results. I wholeheartedly recommend Atlanta Urgent Care. This is the first Google Review I have ever written. That is a reflection of how pleased my family and I are with their work during a serious time.
