people do NOT use vivint and their shady company fortiva, to make a long story short my 2000 approval was given,, and i was set up for 42.00 mon payments, when i went to conclude my payment something told me to check my bank fortiva debited 2000.00 from my bank...!!! i called talked to a lady who had a kid screaming in the background trying to explain my issue, it was like talking to a wall she was out of the country with the loud kid.. she promised the manager would call me BUT it would be 2-3 days according to policy?? ((so the 2000 goes through)) as finding out about fortiva i see the 1.6 on google rating , normally we check , but i figured since vivint was using them they were legit. well no manager call even 5 days later,, i knew this would happen so i went right to my bank and reversed the payment, i was told by the rep that there might be a 29 late charge but to call back, i responded to the 29.00 charge on my account , with we will have our day in court, if i get charged anything extra from you as they love to do from the reviews on google.. i regret getting involved with these people,.,..but i will only pay what is due...be careful people i can see right away fortiva is a dicey company i expressed also this review and they had it \moderated \ and said try again everything about this is dishonesty i am a step a way from making a complaint with the BBB. i am in process of vivint looking to see what they can do about carry the loan..i will not trust this company.. i have included the pic of the DENIAL review i left.. Its truth thats why they didnt want people to see it, Very dishonest..

parent company of fortiva (lending/credit card company) this is a horrible institution don’t do business with them. The worst business ethics and customer service I have ever dealt with, very shady. Plenty of other financial institutions to run a line of credit or bank with. edit: still dealing with this company.. its been months

Horrible bank. Charging late fees when the payment was on time. I’ll be closing the account soon. They take advantage of hard working individuals. Forget about support they have no idea what they are doing!
