Worst company I have ever dealt with. They overbilled us and we have absolutely no recourse. On the phone for hours trying to get help from their over seas customer service. Terrible.

Internet constantly goes out. Repair guys never show up. It's impossible to get a human person on the phone to address issues. Horrible customer service. Use Google. SOOOO much better. If not an option, then xfinity. Which is 3 out of 5 starts.
