We could not have had a better experience with Justin and the team at this location. He helped us understand all our options, upgrade my plan, port over my wife's account, ensure seamless transfer of information to the new phones and handled our million questions along the way with complete patience and attention. We had just come from the Verizon store where we considered taking my account to my wife's plan but the service was nowhere near as friendly or attentive as we found here so we were glad to add to the account. Highly recommend for anyone!

I have been here 3 times in the past month to simply get a new phone. They told me my trade in would be 700 and after visiting several times, they are only giving me 350. The 1/2 off ear phones keep ot ringing up\ so I have to come back when there is a manager to do this. The 700 rebate and 1/2 off earphones were the main reason I decided to upgrade my phone. The workers just stare at the screen like they don't understand what they are seeing. The line builds and a lot of people just give up and leave. It's the most inefficient process. Everything is difficult. You hesitate to ask a question because that will cost you 15 minutes. I hate att&t and I will be switching.

Morgan and Flex were so knowledgeable and helpful. Morgan knew the best deals to help me reduce my overall AT&T family phone bill even though I had to replace my broken phone with a new one. She even looked at my AT&T internet account to help me confirm bandwidth. They were very friendly and made me feel that they were thankful for my business. The team was dealing with multiple clients and handled all of us with great care and professionalism.
