Lennon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the entire buying process went more smoothly than I could have imagined. Had 2017 Audi worked under 2 occasions, both times the parts were covered under warranty, both times I was able to get my vehicle in for repairs quickly and turn around time was very reasonable. I was provided with a loaner car on both occasions. Employee's were professional and helpful through the entire process. Oscar Leguizamo was my service provider both times, excellent and professional employee. He kept me updated on my vehicle during the repair process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in an Audi!!!!

I called 5 different dealers within a 150 mile radius and Gunter Reichert was who I spoke with initially at Audi Atlanta. He was extremely professional and was great to work with through out the transaction. I actually bought 2 new cars at the same time. Gunter and the entire staff was great and really made it a easy process. I was in and out in about an hour. We handled everything via email and text and the communication was excellent. I will be doing business with Gunter and Audi Atlanta for my next vehicle as well.

There is one person in the service department taking Covid seriously that we saw yesterday, and he's superb. We have been there many times since the pandemic started, and it's challenging to understand how there are posted rules the staff does not adhere to. I saw those with masks on chins, those trying to pretend to wear masks, and other flippantly without mask. 15 year customer, 4 cars purchased......time to crack down on safety for your loyal customers or lose them.
