This was my first time using Avail. The directions for pickup were easy to follow. The shuttle arrived within a couple of minutes. The car was clean. A little snack bag and sanitizer were provided.
When I receive my car, person who rented damaged my roof and car frame. Car was smelly to cigarette, I call the company and still after a week I have not receive any resolution on the outcome and insurance claim. Took them 4 days to approve my drivers license in order for me to get payment and on top of that, renter went above the daily mileage limit and I haven't receive payment on that either. I will not use their service ever and hardly recommend not to put your car on their hand. Very disappointed
My friend rented a car for our quick weekend getaway. The car was spotless and the staff was very helpful. We will be sure to use them again next time!

Booked a reservation and over a day later was told that they didn’t have any vehicle's.....and that it would be 5-10 business days before I would get the funds back, because their “system” allowed the reservation...but Atlanta is listed as one of the places they offer vehicles....so they will not take responsibility for their mistakes and they are very unprofessional regarding this situation that they have caused. I am now scrambling to figure out how to get a rental and have to change all my plans. Very bad first experience and not sure I will ever use this company again. Will not recommend using this service!!
