Great complex with a awesome staff. Ms. Angela is awesome and helped us greatly moving into a bigger unit. She made things simple & easy! I can’t say enough positive things about our experience so far. Great location as it’s not too close to the city. Peaceful & quite. Really nice place for family. We would definitely recommend checking them out.

Making one year here at Avia, the first place I called home since I moved down to Atlanta. Great community, very family-friendly, amazing office staff and maintenance team. Special mention to Nica, Kalie, and Angela for being helpful every time I had a concern and for the community events they hosted (dance fitness, talent show, pool party). For the travelers or those who work in midtown, buckhead, and Lindbergh, the Marta private entrance is a definite perk. I posted image of the pool in a summer night and the private jogging trail that runs alongside the complex.

I am so excited about my visit at the end of the month! :) Hello, I've attempted to contact this complex numerous times to schedule a tour and have not received a response to my voicemails or emails. It looks like a beautiful complex. Can someone please reach out to me? I'll be happy to adjust my rating following.
By far the worst apartment experience ever. Went my entire lease with my service request never being being fulfilled. Literally called the day before my lease was up to get into my apartment to fix my tub after 8 months of one no show attempt in November. This place has a major roach problem due to valet trash not being picked up some days and other residents leaving their trash out on none pick up days. Sofas and mattresses always left outside the trash compactor. Found rats on my patio, a lizard in my living room roaches everywhere. Ceiling leaked and no one ever came to patch the hole in my ceiling. Maintenance just chills outside and do absolutely do nothing. They mark your service request complete but not one had ever step foot in my apartment or spoke to me about my concerns and fulfilled the issues. They rarely answer the phone the leasing office to get stuff done and no one is ever helpful or available to assist because ‘that’s not their job’. I’m happy my time there is over and recommend everyone to steer clear of this place it’s not worth the money or headache.
I am happy to write the review for Avia. Avia community has got everything tennis court, swimming pool and gym. The jogging path is amazing. Flats are spacious. They organize some events every months for people like Yoga, Dance fitness etc.
