I am a big fan of the leasing department and maintenance staff. They are all kind and professional and helpful. While the location and amenities are great, the people are the driving cause of the 5-stars for this rating. Caleb is always so responsive to whatever problems pop up - he is quick to help and extremely kind. He has been proactive in working to keep the community safe during the Covid pandemic and in making sure the residents clean up after their dogs. I am particularly thankful for all of the help Caleb put into getting my wife and I set up in our apartment. Danielle is an absolute ray of sunshine. You will never meet a person with a bigger, brighter, or better smile. Not only does she always have a positive attitude, but she follows up and makes sure you get taken care of. Lucas is a gem. He lives in the community and you can tell how much he cares about his home and his community. He goes out of his way to handle any problems he comes across. The world would be a better place if more places hired people like Ayla on Krog (Graystar).

im on my 3rd year here at Ayla and am so impressed with our current management! Lucas gets customer service and he bends over backwards to make sure the tenants are happy. so glad to have him on board! Caleb is very nice and Danielle and Thomas are great new additions too! Shout out to Reggie and George too - they are the best maintenance team !
We moved here in July. Dispiste the madness of covid and unemployment Caleb and Danielle at he front desk can make magic happen. Shout out my boy George in Mantaince for holding it down all day everyday. Foreal. This place is unbelievable its September and I still love my apartment. Neighbors are nice. All around spectacular.
I haven't moved in yet but so far the staff has been exceptional. I am so excited and the location/amenities are perfect. Thomas has been my go to guy and his communications have been on point. Thomas and Daniella both have great follow up system and made me super happy so far!
Amazing place to live. Great vibe and all the members of the leasing office are amazing. Lucas has exceeded my expectations in so many ways this year and i definitely will be renewing my lease. Great location and awesome amenities.
