I am disappointed in my service, I had an emergency order was very open about it, the rep Evon, had zero interest in assisting me , even knowing the product was needed urgently. Short of saying too bad. Then placed me on hold to discuss me with a co worker and refused to tell me what he talked about or whom. Had no care whatsoever, just kept a flat tone of all I need is card #. Violated my privacy.

We at Lemonade Haven love Berlin packaging products. They have great prices, very good quality products and awesome customer service.
Very nice people, the lady unloading me was very professional she got me loaded in a timely manner even before my appointment time. They have a bathroom that is very clean. They will also allow you to sweep out your trailer for your next pick up. Very nice atmosphere. Willing to come back here anytime.
Very fast unloading. You can also stay in the yard. But, ask first. No gate for yard.
