Legitimately the worst company I've seen. If you miss a tiny window, they auto renew your contract and you're unable to wiggle out of them. If you get past that and want to disconnect services, they delay 30 days to wring out every extra cent out of you. Each invoice is locked behind an access code so that if you call in for assistance, they make it as hard as possible for you to get service in the first place.

STAY away from Fusion! They acquire this business. They are a very dishonest company. We provided notification in writing to cancel the service. They stated that send an email that we never received and because we did not respond to the email - they auto-renew our services for another year

There are bad, really bad and then there is Birch/Fusion. If you truly want to save money and your business you will steer clear of this company.

Don't even think about this place or what they call themselves now which is \Lingo.\ My lines were down for close to a month. I called Birch that said that they were now Fusion and transferred to Lingo. I got voice mail repeatedly. I finally switched to another phone company. Now, I am getting bills that were paid to Birch and for the months that I didn't have service. Today, they actually threatened an early termination fee of 200. RUN from these clowns. They are horrible!
