I started seeing Dr. Rimka for a life long sleep disorder. I was sleeping only 3-4 hrs per night and never felt rested, EVER! Sleep deprivation is a torture technique and no joke. It was ruining my life! I came in for Neurofeedback, but got so much more. Dr. Rimka is also an incredible Chiropractor and is versed in Nutrition, which collectively creates incredible healing. I felt a huge shift in my sleep in just 7 or 8 sessions. She is one of the most powerful, competent and confident healers I know! I cannot speak more highly of Dr. Rimka & her team. While only in my 2nd week, I am noticing positive changes already... in my awareness, my feelings, my ability to pause (I still have a lot to work on). For the first time longer than I can remember, I woke up and it wasnt totally dark outside and my heart didn't feel like a tight lump in my throat. It does require doing the work, following a regimen, willing to learn & being kind to your body but you'd be hard pressed to find a better, more knowledgeable and more caring team.

Dr. Rimka at BBS is a phenomenal healer of all kinds. She has extensive knowledge and experience with chiropractic healing, as well as alternative healing modalities that involve the mind-body-spirit connection. She helped my back when I was in bad shape after a car accident. After short-term care, she referred me to a \meridian flexibility stretcher\ who has helped me with my posture and stretching so that my back stays happy in the long run.
