Everyone at Buckhead Pet Pals is just fantastic--they have been our go-to folks since at least 2005. In particular, Andrea P. and Robin C. are just tremendous. We get prompt updates on the dudes, funny pictures, and I know they are in the best of hands. They always accommodate changes in preferences among the pets (particularly as they age), and their attention to detail is top notch, particularly if one of the dudes has been under the weather. We also love that Buckhead Pet Pals always has new sitters visit with the family and fuzzies before the first appointment--it is so professional and reassuring. I would give even more stars for the service if I could. Truly outstanding!

We are thankful we can both trust and depend on them when we are away - not everyone wants to hang out with two huge Great Danes and a pesky kitty. . .! Love Catherine! I traveled to visit my parents (we all quarantined for a month ahead of time) and was so worried about leaving my little girl (my cat Henley). Normally I have a friend check on her, but no one was available this time. A coworker recommended Buckhead Pet Pals to me so I reached out. From the moment I first contacted them, the owner and my cat sitter were VERY responsive. No question was left unanswered, and I could tell they really love animals. They do a meet and greet before watching your pet - so Catherine came over the weekend before I left (masked of course), and met Henley. We went over her schedule, where everything is, favorite hiding places, etc. My little tuxedo took an immediate liking to Catherine. I felt very comfortable leaving Henley in her care. Buckhead Pet Pals has a journal entry system where every day your sitter documents when they arrived, when they left, status of food, water, and litter, as well as other information. They also write a little journal entry and share photos of their visit. Catherine was great about updating every day, and I really enjoyed hearing how Henley was and seeing lots of cute photos of them playing. All in all, I am incredibly happy with my experience and will be using Catherine & Buckhead Pet Pals for every trip going forward. I HIGHLY recommend!
Eva has been visiting my kitties for about a year now, and they love her so much! Even my anxious kitty who was abused as a stray comes out to see Eva. I always get great text and photo updates! And the app is convenient to use for scheduling. I had tried some other pet sitters, and while I had no complaints it felt like they were dog people who didn't really get cats. I appreciate using a pet sitting service where my sitter really connects with kitties and understands their quirky little personalities.
Absolutely recommend Buckhead pet pals. Our sitter Chloe was very friendly and took great care of our kitty. It was fun reading her journal entries and looking at photos while I was out of town. Prompt, polite communication and reasonable prices. Would absolutely use their services again.
