Based on the previous reviews, I'd have to agree about the painstakingly obvious unprofessionalism, except the guy who towed my vehicle from the accident site and the two guys who helped me on the yard. After reading plenty of the other reviews, I hope no other damage was done to my car, that would later have to be repaired at my expense. This is disturbing to hear/see what happened to other people's cars and possessions in the cars. Yikes!! I suggest more people file complaints with the BBB and get an attorney.

It would be great if they checked theirbmessages more than once a week. The mailbox has been full for days as they sit there and collect more and more fines off me.
