I had a good experience with this firm. Karen, who does screening, was incredibly kind and helpful, and she and Milinda were able to make an accurate assessment of my case and tell me honestly that I wouldn’t be able to recover the damages I had hoped. I sincerely appreciated that they told me this BEFORE charging me for a consultation, as I paid hundreds of dollars to a different attorney for the same information. They also gave me clear insights into the legal system so that I now know how I can expect the court to view my particular case. Even though they were not able to take my case, their integrity and expertise was obvious and I highly recommend them to others.

Unfortunately I hired this firm after seeing good Google reviews to help me on an employment matter. They took my case - but I am not impressed with them AT ALL. They may have a high power name but not all of the attorneys are high powered. I only have experience with one male attorney at the firm and he is awful. He seemed interested in my case until I hired him, since then I have had to push him along every step of the way. He leaves me hanging for weeks on end, does not follow up, does not have sympathy for me or what I am going through and is not worth the hundreds of dollars I am paying him. He instead acts as if I am bothering him when I ask him to do things or ask him for updates. He has made no progress on my case. If you want someone with a sense of urgency, sense of individual care/concern vs. too busy for you, sense of drive and positive outcome for YOU - do not work with this firm!
