Tonya, who assisted me at the desk (worked from 12p-12a), was very professional, helpful, understanding and patient to help me through my process. I was very pleased, satisfied, and in a timely manner with the service that I recieved.

I don't know about other people's experiences, but myns was completely comfortable and professional. The nurse was nice and professional and the doctor. It was clean here as well.

I went to this place after hours, understanding there will be a wait time( after I got there). I waited a couple of hours, I was in pain, I couldn't go to work that night, because of the work accident. And it was late. I asked for an excused doctors note. The receptionist kept talking in circles, never answering my question about an excused note. She said I had paper work that I was there. O MY GOD! I couldn't believe she didn't get what I was asking for. This place is horrible. Now I am faced with a point from my employer, simply because I went to Caduceus who have non professional workers.( don't know what a doctor's note is)

After my CDL exam. The Doctor told me to go back to the waiting area and he would bring my medical card. Well l waited for an hour, only three people in the waiting area. Thirty minutes later, the Doctor came into the waiting area, he seemed totally oblivious. Thinking he had my results so that l could take it to the Department of Driver Services. He looked at me and said, \l need a breathe of fresh air\ (by the way, for the 2 hours of time l was there, he never wore a mask). Still no medical card, so l waited another 30 minutes and he was still outside pacing the sidewalk. Totally, disgusted because l couldn't complete the process of renewing my CDL license for the day. Time wasted, I had to go back the next day, mind you l was told to call prior so that my exam card would be ready. I made the call twice. My next review will be the results.

Wow. I JUST signed in minutes ago and a sign posted outside the main entrance reads: face masks covering the nose and mouth are required. The gentleman After me signed in and they actually took his temperature. Guess they forgot about me smh. I can only imagine what my experience will be like today.
