Campus Crossings Briarcliff is a wonderful place for Emory graduate students to call home! The staff is exceptional, service (when needed) is timely, the furnished apartments are beautiful, and the complex feels like a community. While some individuals might find the place a little out of budget, you have to remember that you get what you pay for - no car break-ins/security threats, zero bug problems, high speed WiFi, professional maintenance crew, no noise problems, well maintained facilities, and the list goes on. While I wish garage parking was cheaper, I truly have very little complaints (if any at all) about living here. I truly love it here and will miss being a resident after graduation!

Good option for graduate students. The apartments are furnished and lease by room. Easy choice for international students who want to settle in quickly without the hassle of buying and assembling furniture.

A very good place for Emory students. Emory shuttle station is right in front of the building. The room is clean and the leasing office staffs are very nice. Maintenance team is great and they can always solve problems in time. There is a Kroger within 3 mins walk which is very convenient. The only problem is that the parking fee is high. But it's a wonderful place for those who don't have a car.

Pros: Convenient location near Emory so drive/bus ride is shorter than other commutes, furnished apartments, community events, there was time I saw a baby mouse in the parking lot and multiple times where there were giant cockroaches in the trash room and parking lot but luckily they never made it into the actual apartment itself, elevator security access, maintenance get the job done when needed, some staff members are nice, convenient shopping center next door and 15 minutes in other directions to different Atlanta locations. Cons: Over priced imo, Pay for parking, my apartment was not cleaned nor prepared when I first moved in but I was expected to leave the apartment clean, poor trash room management, there was time I saw a baby mouse in the parking lot and multiple times where there were giant cockroaches in the trash room and parking lot, some staff members have attitude, too many inspections (feels like they might as well move in sometimes); they are passive aggressive when it comes to noisy tenants or people illegally parking in your space (that you already pay for).

The environment is OK. It includes good furniture, and is convenient to go to Emory. However, Campus crossings want money like crazy, even break into my room without notice in order to find my lack of shower curtain to fine 700.
