My experience with renting here has been great! I was confused about the whole process and how to rent and get everything set up, but after getting in contact with Christina Cunningham, an agent there, she streamlined everything! Signing everything and getting into the apartment went easy, and she worked with me throughout the process. Before moving in, they replaced carpet, painted walls, and fixed several things. I was appreciative of that. Since staying here I have enjoyed it! The rooms are spacious and the neighborhood is nice. If you are looking for a place to rent I can only tell you that I have been very pleased.

Conditions of the apartments were good. But maintenance turnaround time is not that good. Takes a while to get back to the residents. Apartment office staff used to be not that polite when talking with the residents, but now them are bit more friendlier. There's an online system to pay rent and request maintenance.

The location of these homes is incredible! Just a couple blocks from Centennial Olympic Park, the aquarium, MBS, State Farm Arena, the NCCHR, and more, steps from the campus of GT, and very close to midtown. They are decently priced and parking is usually not a hassle.

She has made this whole process so easy for me. She went out of her way to make sure I got all of my questions & concerns resolved! If you’re looking to move to Centennial Place Apartments ask for Ms. Shantel Nelson!!

Reading these awful reviews remind me years ago when I tried to get an application, I forgot who I spoke to but whoever was very rude. She told me they didn't take vouchers but I have a friend of a friend live there that has a voucher. Nice neighborhood & location seem like only thing going so far..
