I had the perfect outcome after hiring this firm recently for a legal matter. I was referred to Chester Jennings & Smith by another attorney who couldn't take the case at the time. What a stroke of luck! An initial consultation with Attorney Ty Smith convinced me she was the right person for the case because, instead of trying to steer me in an unwarranted direction, she listened carefully and understood the issues of the case. And she agreed to fight for my position! I retained her services the very next day and she immediately went into action. Within hours, we got a favorable response to her pleading. It's important to note the opposing firm was not responding to me at all, however, once they saw her pleading, they dropped the case against me. She successfully wrapped up everything with just a couple of hours billing. Attorney Smith even made a courtesy follow-up call just to finalize an outstanding matter. I hope I don't, but if I ever need to hire an attorney for a civil matter again, I know where to go. These ladies are true advocates for their clients.
