The repairman was nice. However, he diagnosed my dryer’s motor as being dead. Turns out it was the outlet that was the problem. After 2-3 different deliveries of new dryers that all made the same sound my old one made, it was discovered that it was the outlet. Of course at that point my perfectly good dryer had been hauled off and was history so i was stuck with a new dryer - 800 City Boys’ service call fee down the drain...

My right front burner on my electric GE range went out just as family was coming in town. Unfortunately the part had to be ordered and wasn't scheduled to arrive until after my family arrived. City Bros. were kind enough to work around my schedule and made the repair after my family left......all 13 of them. Thanks City Bros.!!!!!!! I didn't give a 5 star review because I didn't receive a magnet.
I called around to get assistance when my Frigidaire deep freezer stopped working the Friday before a holiday weekend. Frigidaire gave me a list of dealers who work on my model of deep freezer, but of course no one on that list works on Frigidaires anymore. My next stop was Google - which directed me to City Boys R Us. Not only was I able to get a same day appointment, but the technician was able to diagnose the problem within thirty minutes. He said I would get a call Monday morning to schedule a time for the repair (they needed to get a part). I got a call Monday morning around 9 and was promptly scheduled for an appointment window of 10-12. The technician arrived at 10:45 and made the repair in about 30 minutes. The whole process could not have been easier - great service, professional, and fast. Highly recommend this company!
LG Counter Depth Refrigerator - Warning for others: I purchased \cheaper\ water filters off of Amazon for my new LG fridge and it wound up costing me much more . Stay away from 3rd party water filters, it'll save you money in the long run. They ended up ruining my entire water filter assembly. Fortunately for me, City Boys got my fridge back up and running very quickly. The tech I had (maybe Clarence?, I'm terrible with names) was fantastic. He talked me through everything and was very knowledgeable not only about my LG refrigerator but all brands. He replaced my water filter assembly which included dismantling the interior and backside of my fridge in under an hour. These guys have the best reviews in ATL for a reason and their initial service fee is probably the lowest at 49. My tech also wore a mask the entire time he was in my home! Thanks City Boys!
I called them (based on their good Google reviews), and they responded to my call almost immediately. They scheduled an appointment for only a couple of hours later, and showed up on time. They diagnosed and fixed my Samsung dryer in about half an hour, and now it's working flawlessly. They can add me to their list of happy customers.
