How you gonna let my whole neighborhood be with no water, not even treat it like an emergency? Atlanta doesn’t care about poor people. I’m convinced of that.

Every time I call using ATL 311 for service requests or concerned with Watershed Management the representatives are always professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

I'm a little shocked and hesitantly excited to write this review. Dealing with anything \City of Atlanta\ has always been a miserable and very inconvenient experience, usually dealing with customer service reps who seem incredibly bothered to even be answering the phone. Not the case with the department of Watershed! :) I recently called in to report water steadily running out of a hole in the street. The person who answered was welcoming and grateful for my call, thorough with gathering information and said she would follow through. She also asked if I would like to be kept informed about the issue and I declined as it did not directly effect me. I wasn't sure, considering my past City of Atlanta experiences, that anything would come of my call. A few days later, I received a voicemail from a very nice gentleman at Watershed who explained that they had gone out to check out the leak and were containing and resolving the issue. He left me contact info to call and follow up should I like to do so. This new experience with gives me hope moving forward as a home owner in Atlanta. I hope this good old southern hospitality and pride in service continues to shine again in our beautiful city and it's governing entities. Also, I love the mail inserts that come with my bill. They are concise and so informative!!! Unfortunately, it is not in my email bill so I would not ever see it if I didn't still receive this bill in paper. They are filled with seemingly random bits, all of which are practically important in many areas of home living. I feel so grateful that our watershed is responsive, competent and working towards a healthy Atlanta! Thank you and keep up the good work!

Customer service rep tells me they are going to get me a supervisor who never comes to the phone. Has her tell me to contact the fire dept. Sounds like a scam to me, we never paid this bill before so why now? I am not even in Atlanta and the service address isn't me. Personally i think your ripping people off and hope that they don't notice. I have noticed..
