MR. GADDIS

Full of it and unorganized. Its been three months since i resigned and I still haven't received my funds. They finally call me today to tell me I need to stop what I'm doing to get my affidavit filled out and notarized plus a copy of my driver's license so or birth certificate. Mind you, I have already sent this form and my DL over to Margo walker twice on November 4th. The way the coty is unorganized and unfair is part of my reason for resigning. Also I could hear the lady laughing as she came back to the phone from talking to Kimberly after she heard my frustration. Its not okay.
