When I first walked in I felt very welcome. The greeting was warm. I’m a small business owner in Atlanta and customer service is very important to me. I dropped off my favorite boots to have a couple of things done. My boots were done on the day I was told, I even got an email reminder. My boots looked like new again. I have a new shoe repair spot. Thank you!!!!!

From the first inquiry to the final product, my experience has been nothing but outstanding. I needed gussets for a pair of expensive boots that I have only had the pleasure of looking at until I read the reviews on Classic Shoe and Leather Service. Ryan and Amy are kind, patient, informative, and experienced. I'm so glad that I did my research & put the boots in their hands. The work is so expertly done, that not only I, but no one else can tell that they have been altered. Many thanks & they have a forever customer in me.
Great work*, expertly done, reasonably priced, and very friendly customer service! *But, just a heads up: their staff (3-5 ppl) does NOT wear face masks unfortunately, so if that makes you feel uncomfortable (like it did me) or if you’re high risk, you might want to call ahead to see if they have a drop box or other distance options. The rating is purely on the work they did, and not the lack of masks.
They do good work, but nothing spectacular. I had a few stitches that need to be fixed on one side of each pair of moccasins. (See photo) I was charged 40 for what should’ve taken 5 to 10 minutes to fix. Let’s say it took them 15 mins, that’s 160/hr. Labor for shoe repair should not cost that much. It also took them 3 days longer than promised. Since they had such great reviews, for that price, I was expecting they would have spent a couple of extra minutes to clean or polish my moccasins and/or deliver faster than promised. They’re overpriced, and based on their response to this review, they’ve not taken responsibility for their below-average service and the fact that they are way overpriced. I would not recommend them, unless you have money to waste.
Don’t DO BUSINESS WITH SHOE KIDNAPPERS! To the people who have the worst customer service I strongly agree you don’t do service with the most ignorant period on earth. I can not believe the torment I have been in. I asked this service to clean my shoes and I paid for a service. It has been over a month and they have still not revived my shoes. If they could get an award for the WORST CUSTOMER they would win. I’m pretty sure they have no idea how to treat others with kindness and respect. Never do business with people who are not helpful and spiteful. They are rude and the OWNER HANGS UP ON CUSTOMERS! Never in my day have I had this type of issue. I mean NEVER, EVER DO BUSINESS!!!
