I was scheduled to be picked up from a conference however my transportation did not show up, despite having confirmed my pick up details. After waiting for the no-show, I was forced to try and find a cab to drive me to the airport and nearly missed my flight since 30 mins can make a huge difference when approaching peak time traffic. I would not recommend putting your faith in a transportation service that does not show up to pick up their clients. After the fact, I felt a little better that their customer service was going to help make things right but unfortunately I was wrong. It's been a year now and they have shown no signs of actually following through on their promises. Very disappointing on all fronts of this service.

I use them at least 4 - 5 times a month for work and they are always fantastic. Punctual and competent. I also appreciate the reconfirmation emails/texts that let you know the driver has been dispatched and when they have arrived.

I enjoyed working with Tiffany to help plan the transportation portion of Mary and Eric's wedding. She was helpful and easy to work with. The drivers for the wedding day were efficient, on time and super polite. I look forward to working with Cooper Global again soon!

We rode one of their charter buses from Atlanta airport to Tuscaloosa, Alabama for an entire 6th grade class and parents. The air-conditioner was not working at all in the bus. The driver was rude. He pulled over on the interstate after complaints and did something in the back so that it would at least circulate air, but it did not cool at all. Don’t make the same mistake. Choose another charter bus service.
