Absolute terrible experience and I didn't even have my photos done! I bought the Living Social deal and booked my appointment right away for the Atlanta location (I had been getting ready for this for months). Upon the date of my appointment, I was running late (about 25 minutes) due to traffic and having to drive over an hour away to the studio which is located downtown. I was turned away at the door explaining that even though I had 2 hours alloted for my shoot, they have a policy that if you are 15 min late then they have to reschedule. Although very disappointed, I reschedule for the following day. Only to drive again (over an hour) and get there and be told that all of the equipment is down. SERIOUSLY? Why hadn't someone called me to cancel? Turned out they did, to my work phone and it was Sunday, so I was obviously not at work. I was rescheduled, YET AGAIN for the following Wed., which I had to take vacation time off of work to make happen. I called the Tues before to confirm my appointment and was told that the studio would be closed because the photographer was on bereavment. I understand things happen, but REALLY 3 times. Now I can't get in for another 3 weeks. I'm going somewhere else. And Living Soical wouldn't even refund my voucher, basically saying the vendor can do anything they want as long as they try to reschedule? What a complete waste of time!
