The only airline I would fly. These pictures don’t do justice but next time I fly for sure I will have more. The greatest food especially if you are flying with their partner Air France. The planes are spotless. They put great emphasis protecting the passengers with the pandemic. I love to communicate with them through their Chat Program. I was caught on a lockdown in Greece. I returned back home because of Delta. A representative from Chat took hours to coordinate my trip back home. October 21 I ran late to Richmond International heading to Greece. I was in tears loosing the flight so I reached out to Chat. No problem, flew two hours later and connected with original flights. Their prices are reasonable and they offer affordable upgrades. Fly Delta.

Delta is been my favorite airline for a couple of years I have flight multiple times to multiple places my flight from Atlanta to Raleigh-Durham, the plane was dirty and I have never experienced this in first class. The only reason I am giving it a 3 is because the customer service was outstanding. Delta disappointed me this time.
As a first timer on Delta I have to say the good experience then the bad experience. It's good that the Airline has taken all of the safety issues seriously from required face mask to social distancing between seats. We're all happy with that. As far as the bad goes to be honest, it's more of a personal issue as a 1st class only flyer. The staff wasn't very attentive and talked with each other the entire flight forgetting to recheck on guest if request were made by them. For example I asked for a cold bt of water and she said ok, left and started back talking.. Needless to say, I never got my water. Next is the food and beverage options. We were told there was no alcohol or any other drink choices, given warm water and really hard cookies. Which was extremely disappointing since American Airlines is currently serving alcohol, juice and soft snacks. Basically said the service needs improvement and the food options should be options not just hard cookies and warm water for a 800 ticket guys.

Why is there not better mask regulations? I also fly with american air and they do so much of a better job ensuring their customers safety.
