I've had the pleasure of working with Jeff McCrary and Dorsey Alston multiple times now. I've purchased, sold, and leased to tenants with Jeff. He sold our townhouse for a top price in an otherwise flat market years ago. Through each step of the home buying or selling process, Jeff always thinks of a thing or two that wouldn't have crossed your mind, but ends up making a crucial difference. Jeff McCrary is knowledgeable about the Atlanta market, communicative and a true asset to have on your side if you are looking to purchase, sell or lease. Jeff McCrary was my agent for three different properties and each time was a pleasure working with him. He is creative, professional, diligent, knowledgeable, experienced in all aspects of a deal, and gives very personal service. Jeff provided a calming influence to me when I was very anxious about one of my purchases. He vets his contacts from painters to finance people to repair people. All are excellent and provide quality service at a fair price. He helped me to find financing that made one deal happen that I otherwise would have abandoned. He demonstrated committment to me multiple times and I am a very demanding client. Once he got a deal to work with some very tough buyers. I don't think other realtors would have been able to make that deal work but he found a way. I referred my neighbor to Jeff and he was impressed when Jeff got him more money than he was expecting.
