Dr. Berkeley has been nothing but wonderful to me and my mental health. She's always available for appointments and is particularly thoughtful about prescriptions-- their side effects, interactions with other medications, and starting at minimal dosages. Her office is centrally located in Midtown and easy to find parking, although I do agree the waiting room is small and you do have to pay for parking (although that's most dr offices in ATL).

I previously wrote a positive post the other day. Yesterday, I called late at night asking for help with the new medicine I received from Dr. Berkeley. My hands were both extremely swollen and I was scared. She called me back and told me I might need to think about a new practice because I call the on-call line too much. I have never felt so sad and disrespected. She then also asked me what I called about because she had not made it through the entire voicemail. Now I understand what the rest of the reviews about bedside manner and rudeness were about.
This Dr. was a referral, and I would not recommend. The office waiting area is too small to feel comfortable, let alone welcomed. This Dr. is condescending and she displayed less than supportive bedside manners. I didn’t feel like she cared for her patients. I would look for someone else.
