Wow- Amazing inventory, great prices and incredible customer service. My electrician loves these guys, and now i can not stop singing their praise !!! These guys are set up to deal with volume orders and MAJOR projects... Keep going to Home depot to buy a few bulbs or fixtures, but use these guys for your major projects and bulk purchasing. I am converting all of my can lights to LED... Huge savings all across the board... Many thanks to E Sam Jones for saving me tons of money !!!
JUST GOT TO LOVE WHEN YOU CALL ABOUT A PART TO FIND OUT THEY DO SELL THE PART ,BUT ARE OUT OF STOCK. WILL HAVE TO ORDER IT AND I ASK IF THAT'S SOMETHING I NEED TO PAY FOR NOW,OH NO WE USUALLY HAVE THEM,WE ARE JUST OUT. WILL TAKE A WEEK TO GET IT IN,CALLBACK WEEK LATER.NO PARTS ARE NOT IN YET ,CALL BACK SECOND TIME .....I'M SORRY BUT YOU NEEDED TO HAVE PAID FOR IT WHEN YOU ORDERED IT,EXPLAIN ,EXPLAIN EXPLAIN. WELL THAT'S SOMETHING THAT HAS TO BE ORDERED. HOW LONG OF A WAIT,I HAVE HAD MY CUSTOMER THINKING IT WAS ANY DAY ....A WEEK,NO I CAN'T WAIT THAT LONG...SO PISSED RIGHT NOW. OTHER TIMES WHEN TRYING TO FIND SPECIAL PARTS,I WILL HAVE TO RESEARCH THIS,LET ME CALL YOU BACK ...STILL TIL THIS DAY HAVE I RECEIVED A RETURN CALL. waited 40 minutes to get counter service, totally frustrated. My electrician informed me the part was not what we needed. I went back to return the 40 part for credit and was treated like a common criminal. The man behind the counter was curt and very dismissive. I will never return to this business. This is not the only electrical supply source in town.
