Hello, I would like to tell you I had an amazing experience with Pedro at the Buckhead Whole Foods. My battery died and I was stranded with my kids and no one to help us as we were just traveling through town. Pedro was kind enough to jump my car and Insisted that I turn it off and start it again to make sure we didn’t get stranded again. Thank you so much

This company’s valet driver damaged my smart key at Rumi’s Kitchen. They never responded to me via email or returned my call after reaching out many times. I didn’t even have a choice at Rumi’s as they make you valet. If your employee damages a customer’s property, they should pay for it. Totally wrong and would not recommend the company.

They parked my car at The Painted Duck and the valet Seirra stole my AirPods of my keys THEN when I came back she claimed she doesn’t remember parking or bringing my car back! Filed a claim with her supervisor Bobby and have since been in the run around with the supposed claim person Patrick Graffius! He asked me to email him a copy of my receipt for my AirPods which I did immediately and he has yet to reach back out to me almost 3 weeks later!! THIS IS THE WORST VALET COMPANY EVER! None of their extensions get you to speak with anybody and their voice mailbox is “full”. Well Mr. Graffius and Eagle Parking can expect contact from my lawyer!

On May 27th my wife and I dined at Del Frisco. Upon arriving I informed the Valet not to lock my door because the lock mechanism wasn’t functioning correctly. After dinner a different valet driver went to get my car and to my surprise he returns informing us that he wasn't able to unlock my car door. Well to make a long story short I had to pay for a locksmith to unlock my car and this company refuses to reimburse me for their negligence. The management is terrible I would highly recommend not using this company to valet your vehicle. I will share my experience and the other reviews from Google with my other social media accounts both personal and business. I will also be filing a formal complaint to BBB. I would recommend other to do the same

One of their valet drivers negligently backed a customers truck without looking and hit my car. Unprofessional, and employee attempted to dodge responsibility.
