I placed an order for delivery yesterday that was supposed to arrive today. Received confirmation email after placing the order and my card was charged immediately. The confirmation email did not indicate a delivery time - no big deal. I stayed home all day waiting for this 54 box to arrive as a birthday gift and around 3pm called the Roswell Road store to ask for an ETA. They said it went out for delivery at 9am and the delivery status was pending. They said that it would arrive by 8pm. Shocker, it still isn't here. I live 1 mile away from the store, this is completely unacceptable. I'd like a refund and will absolutely never be ordering from Edible again. Such a shame, they've really gone downhill.

I called yesterday to place a surprise birthday gift for my friend TODAY. I ordered a small bouquet, a birthday balloon, and attached a complimentary birthday message. Everything arrived this morning at 11am and my friend loved it! :) Thank you for your great service & timely delivery! I will definitely be using this service from here on out!
Edible Arrangements delivered 3 additional balloons today to make up for 1 ballon that was slightly deflated by the Georgia heat in my original surprise delivery. I didn't mind the first one being slightly deflated because I was just grateful that someone thought of me and surprised me.... but I appreciate the attention to detail and the desire to want it to be perfect. The rep from Edible Arrangements was very friendly and it seemed as though he cared as much as the person who sent the gift. I am grateful.
Thank you for great service. Called yesterday afternoon to make a change to the delivery instructions and no issues with the delivery today. Fruit arrangement was loved.
