The lack of communication and follow up from them is quite concerning as they're responsible for processing payments and depositing funds. They have poor customer service, are heavily lacking in technical support and follow poor business practices. I cannot get a hold of anyone to address the erroneous actions on our account and suggest anyone looking at this business go another route.

really poor experience with customer service. I received a letter about an update for our machine and tried calling the customer service number on my statement. I was on hold for over 15 minutes so I tried another number from online. The switchboard operator asked me what I was calling for and before I could even finish telling her, she transferred me. I called back and asked for her name and she told me it was \switchboard operator\. I asked if she has a name and she told me \it's Ashley but I don't see why that matters\. I told her that I had just called and got transferred before I even finished speaking. She told me she transferred me to customer service because I had a letter. Then she said, \do you have anything else to say before I transfer you?\ I'm very disappointed with this service. When I finally spoke with a customer service rep (Beth) she was very pleasant and helpful. This operator needs to be addressed and trained appropriately.
