Can I give them 6 or 7 starts.. My appointments were timely and well done. The surgery was a team effort and successful the first time. Both professional and attentive. Asked lots of questions. Not enough can be said.

Dr.\Jack\ probably dang near saved my son a lifetime of humiliation with scars, his beautiful eyes, and his ability to taste.. Had it not been for Doctor Jack.. My special needs critical 6 year old son.. Would not be almost 90% back to where he was a month ago befor SJ syndrome hit him. Thank you Doctor Jack and your amazing team!

This office states their policy is to let patients know before procedures are done what their out of pocket costs (if any) are before procedures are completed. This was not done in my experience and the charge to dab a few areas with a tiny bottle of solution was over 400! No sympathy for patients who were not given a treatment plan prior to treatment even though it is office policy. In addition we had to wait at least an hour to see the Dr and I had to make last minute arrangements for someone to pick up my child from school. Terrible customer service. Patients here are just a number and the office only cares about . Save yourself time and money and find an office with better customer service. I wish I could give this office zero stars.

This was my first time here and I will say, the staff and doctors that I interacted with were great. The reason for my 3 star review is because it took them a long time to see me. I had a 9:45am appointment and I was seen at 10:45am. I didn't leave the facility at 12pm after everything was said and done. What's the point of making an appointment if you are going to wait so long you know? I understand things get busy and certain patients need to be looked at longer, but if it's not communicated properly, it becomes an issue. Outside of that, great people and they did take care of me well. I just wasn't happy with the time it took, considering I had planned my day around the appointment.
