My mother had to wait 9 1/2 hours to be told she saw a Dr. Then, he had not even read her chart and even wanted to repeat tests which had been performed 7 hours earlier. She is covid positive. Low O2, chest pain, 85 years old, heart conditions. Staff said she had a different insurance that what she actually does have. They did not check troponin levels and when Dr saw her he spoke to her like \Mr. Rogers!\ Avoid this ER at all costs. We were there from 5:30p until 3:45a. They could not get their act together. No care or treatment provided-the wait time and lack of interest probably made my Mom feel worse! When she asked a staff member for help, they told her she could leave if she wanted to-not answering her medical concern!

I came in around 3 am worried about my pregnancy, they were busy but they made sure I was okay! and the doctors and the nurses here are amazing! Also the Sonographer that did my ultrasound early this morning around 6 am was so nice and kind! I greatly appreciate the staff at this location! They are truly amazing! Keep up the good work! They were very understanding and very helpful!

Shout out to Anissa, Trevor, and Samantha in the ER. They were totally amazing and compassionate tonight as I was dealing with severe pain. I appreciate caring souls that work in the medical field. They are rare!!

Do you think a single one of you could maybe tell me why a near seven month pregnant woman had to wait over four hours in an overcrowded, unsanitary “Covid Wing” with virtually nothing keeping people separated- all for a few simple tests? While you’re at it, maybe you can enlighten me as to why your front staff in the ER and the temperature check points in the main hospital just dismissively and rudely told me I couldn’t be in the building, when there are people scattered all over, particularly the “security” downstairs- he couldn’t even be bothered to ask what she needed before telling me I couldn’t stay indoors. The fact that the mother of my child even considered delivering here is repulsive, now that I have seen just how the people in an EMERGENCY situation are treated here- I can only imagine what a miserable experience being a regular patient would be. I would literally rather deliver my son myself behind a Dollar General dumpster than bring him into the world in this place.

Drs are very unprofessional at the ER. No bedside manner, and very rude, asking if I speak English. My sister is disabled and had trouble breathing so the paramedics brought her in. The Drs don’t share the true results of any tests, and don’t know or don’t want to share the reason for the pain Or discomfort you’re experiencing. All they say is, everything looks good, you can go home, meanwhile lungs are bad, heart is enlarged, having difficulty breathing BUT according to them Everything is fine. AND they didn’t even share any of this with me, luckily I have access to the patient portal where I can view all the testing that was completed and the visit summary where they have to note everything. Very sad and disappointing. I hope I never have to bring anyone here again.
