This post is ONLY for the Emory Midtown Radiology Clinic... The Procedure went fine but NO ONE told my husband or I that we “were responsible” for the upfront 400 bill when we got here after a 3.5 hour drive!!! When I asked “Well who was RESPONSIBLE for telling us that we would have to pay that up front?” they had no good response. AND they won’t bill you for it!! “Every Emory clinic does their billing differently” is what I was told!!! You HAVE to pay before the procedure!!! We have Federal BCBS premium insurance and that was our “patient responsibility” so I guess next time we will stay local and let Emory get the results from them!!! Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!! I do not recommend using this facility. I would have given one star if the procedure hadn’t been done properly!!

The best experience I’ve ever had at any medical facility. Nowdays its rare to find a practice with decent service, working in the field I can understand why it’s hard to put your best foot forward and smile everyday when faced with tough challenges. Working in a hospital is challenging upon itself, my mother was a night shift OBGYN nurse for a large part of my childhood, it takes a special person to have that strength. Back to this review, they completely rocked it at my visit, they worked me in because I drove 45 minutes to the wrong facility in messy weather. The front desk experience was fantastic. Lastly, the MRI tech was out of this world kind. These are all the things you want in a visit and Emory provided those standards. Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and professionalism!

I had a CT scan of heart. From the front desk to testing area was all very nice people who help me to go right direction. The CT doctor was very patient to explain every detail of the test. Afterwards I ate some food in their cafeteria. All was great . I recommend this place.

I was referred to Emory Midtown Radiology by St Joseph Imaging today (April 16, 2018) for a CT Scan of my chest to determine if I still have a blood clot. I was having chest pains and I was told to have the receptionist call an extension to St Joseph upon my arrival to get scheduled as a walk in. The receptionist was extremely rude & had a nasty attitude, not helpful at all. She refused to call St Jo to get instructions, I had my paperwork in hand, as well as had faxed it into St Jo last week. She also refused to talk with St Jo once I had them on the phone. I was very hurt at her behavior, but when another person (I won't mention her race, walked in, she was very cordial) and told me \don't you see I have a customer with me\. St Joseph was very nice and apologized and asked if I could drive there from Midtown. I did and was treated very kindly once I arrived with no problems. I had driven all the way from my home to midtown in terrible traffic, paid parking, and not a kind word, and had to return to work after my break. Thank you St Joseph Radiology!!!
