Essential Solutions Property Management fell into my lap at the perfect time. The company focuses on permanent placement whether you’re seeking part-time or full-time employment. I was in need of work but not a heavy workload as I had other personal obligations. The staff is very easy to communicate with, providing accommodations and flexibility to be able to maintain your personal schedule. Monique found job placement for me on a consistent basis, DeMarkez has always gone out of his way to ensure my payments are processed on time. He handles/expedites all of all of my payroll needs. And Ms. Shelley, she’s a God send, always going out of her way to ensure her team members are taken care of. great company to work for.

Is this even a real company? I'm doing a review based off my boyfriend experience there. He was called for an interview when he arrived there the girl didn't even asked him questions or wanted to see any of the documents he was told to bring. She only gave him a paper to take a test didn't explain why and what was next after that. She would ask a question then stop to answer the phone. Just horrible and a waste of time and very unprofessional. Next time before you schedule an interview make sure the interviewer can do there job effectively. Maybe it's a scam company because it's too many reviews that's \SUPER GREAT\. Even some of the best company's have at least 1 bad review cause you cant satisfy everyone. BE CAREFUL!! DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU GO TO THESE PLACES......

I have previously gone through multiple other temp agencies for my staffing needs and constantly received workers that weren't worth at all what I was being charged. I am so glad I stumbled upon Essential Solutions because the first temp they sent me has been AMAZING and the communication with them has been excellent. All of this and I am paying less than the other agencies! I will definitely be keeping them in my pocket and referring them to my sister properties!
