I brought in a summer cocktail dress to be cleaned. They wanted to charge me 220 to clean it!!!! Absolutely insane. I will NEVER return after that experience. So thankful I asked in advance.

Always exceptional
I dropped off an item of clothing (white with blue stains) to see if they could remove a bunch of stains. They indicated they may not be able to which I said was fine. When I went to pick the item up, all the stains were still there, disappointing, but OK, they warned me. They then demanded the for cleaning it because, even though they could not get the stains out, they cleaned and pressed it. Totally illogical. Why would they take the time to clean and press an item that clearly could not be worn due to stains? Why would I want to pay for cleaning of an item that can't be worn again? I have used many many cleaners in my life, and in this type of situation even the worst ones will offer to try again or not charge for the failed service. I talked to the manager (or maybe owner) and he would not relent. Terrible customer service and poor decision making ... they are losing a customer worth hundreds if not thousands of a year over a 20 charge.
Was verbally and physically assaulted by a delivery worker here after he had a tantrum because a customers driveway was blocked I was working at. He felt it was okay to move MY vehicle and drive up the driveway instead of walking the 20 feet up the drive.
The best cleaners I have ever used. I mostly take shirts to be laundered and they come back to me looking great.
