We came upon Evans Warncke Robinson, LLC only a year ago -- and we are thrilled with their work and successful resolution of our problems collecting on my 88 year old mother's long-term care insurance. Mom has dementia and has lost her vision. Her need for assistance (paid hourly) increased to near full-time so she moved to assisted living. Yet, our applications for benefits under the long-term care policy were repeatedly denied. The situation was expensive and frustrating. Evans Warncke Robinson, LLC took the case, rdealt with the insurance company aggressively, and succeeded with a retroactive claim which reimbursed us for a year of expenses! Jeff and Doug did an amazing job of responding to us (the daughters) while charming our mother. Their fees are very fair. They are thorough and VERY responsive to questions. They know how to deal with insurance companies. In short -- they handle things! I highly recommend them -- and am sure that we will be using their services again in the future. FINALLY, we have great attorneys on OUR side!

A person with a disability is often already a bit overwhelmed by the process of planning for an unforeseen roadblock in their life. The problems are both personal and professional in my experience. Insurance companies can be helpful or hurtful for their own reasons. My situation was complicated or so I felt. I was referred to Jeff Warnecke by a lawyer friend. I could say plenty, but here is my point. Prior to meeting with Jeff Warncke I had bits and pieces of information and a sense of potential disaster if I could not connect the dots on a ticking timetable. When I left Jeff's office that day, I felt there was a plan, a team, and access to the experience and infrastructure to handle a form or a lawsuit as the situation may require.
