I gave my landlord a 60-day notice to vacate a rental home on Oct 1st. I asked the landlord to use my 2000 cash deposit as rent for the remaining 60 days. The landlord refused and I received an eviction notice on August 19th. I filed a response to a motion at my local County Courthouse for Request of Hearing. Appeared at hearing on Sept. 8th. and utilized the strategies of EHN to remain in the home until I was ready to move on Oct 1st. The attorney for the Landlord was beside himself because I was the only one of twelve families that contested the eviction and won. I was so impressed with EHN services I became a Co-Owner of the company. Now I help others who are facing eviction.
