I couldn’t be more disappointed in my experience this evening. I’ve valet my car at several locations where they provide services needless to say, I valet parked at Rose bar and the valet guy misplaced my car keys. They reiterated that they remembered me coming to the valet booth but could not find my keys. The most frustrating part of the entire interaction is them not being able to find my keys. There was no remorse from the initial guy who lost my keys. I’ve parked here several times and this has never happened to me. I am unsure of the outcome as everyone seemed concerned but was unable to get in touch with the owner of the club owner. I was able to file a report with the help of Atlanta Police Department and reach out to someone from Executive Parking Atlanta I am unsure if my car, my home, and other valuables are safe due to the fact that I never received an explanation on how my keys were lost. This has been an unsatisfactory experience for me and outside of the individuals that I spoke with face to face or individually I’m unsure if anyone even cares about my safety. There needs to be a better system out into place when this situations occur.

My key was returned to me broken no one said anything until i attempted to go to my car and crank it and the whole key pad fell apart !!! I went to ask questions, then they tell me it was a mistake trying to open my door , no one showed any remorse to breaking my key , my car wouldn’t start , then the guy figured a away to fix a piece of it to be stable enough to crank my car but once it moves it’s falling apart and over with .. i came here with my co workers for a paid event and i couldn’t partake in any further activity because i was stuck in their lot waiting for them to reach someone in charge to do a report after several hours i waited still no claims report number , they also were needing to do a report on someone else’s car when they walked from my car which they messed up and a guy who had been waits a hour before me Bc they had given to someone else or couldn’t find his keys TERRIBLE
