Yolanda is great! She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with getting me in a storage unit - I was a walk in customer and she gave me all my options, made me aware of all specials, even the ones online! I’m impressed with her customer service and definitely recommend this location. Go see Yolanda!

I just wanted to Thank the staff(Velencia and Yolanda) that helped me with my storage needs! I was referred to this facility by a phone customer rep as I desperately needed a storage space by Close of business on Saturday(6/2/18) I initially went by to view the unit, and had to go to my weekend job which is not far from this facility. Having been a previous customer of Extra Space (though at another location) I didn't know what to expect as far as customer service was concerned, so I checked here for reviews and I saw that all the reviews were positive which gave me assurance I had made the best choice! So I immediately came over after my shift at work was finished and Ms. Velencia was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs and we were able to get everything set up quickly and expedient. Ms. Yolanda also was helpful and I wanted to give a review of my experience and she sent me the link to do so! I'm very thankful that I was able to get things taken care of as I needed to have my things out by the following day of from where I was storing them temporarily! I want to thank Ms Velencia and Ms Yolanda for outstanding customer service as well as listening to my needs and for the additional support they provided to me as I was on a deadline! You ladies are the best!!!
