This company is relentless in calling us. We said time and time again we were not interested in using them or thier product. We are very happy with our current software (Jobber) and not interested in changing. Politely ask to be removed from their caller list only to have them call again the next day. Sometimes we receive more than one call a day. One of their sales representatives fraudulently posed as a disgruntle customer to get to someone in our management staff. We have now recorded our conversation asking to be removed from their calling list. I don't want to cause drama but may be left no other choice. Add it still continues.

At first I wanted to go with another company because I just could not understand FieldEdge. However thanks to Kevin Johnson, who I believe is the Customer Service Manager, we still have FieldEdge. I would recommend this software or any software as long as they have Kevin! I can call him anytime and he goes above and beyond to help us. FieldEdge has a great employee and Kevin Johnson is definitely an asset to their team.

Do not switch to this company. They make the program look good in the demo but most of the features want actually work once you switch like the call feature unless you have multiple phone lines you can forward from. The process to get switched took way longer than they said it would and nothing worked like it should. We had them switch us back to our old server based program after a week of downtime in the office and not been able to get anything input as usual. They also don't offer any money back for there failed services. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely love FieldEdge and how much it has changed how we operate! Everyone there is fantastic too! You get everything other companies are offering at a fraction of the cost. Extremely reliable. Easy to use from office to mobile. You will not be disappointed with FieldEdge!
