They call you like they are scammers and they have a heavy accent that makes conversations with them incoherent. They don't understand half of what you say and they put you on hold for 10 minutes and never return. They are extremely unprofessional with no manager oversight. They claim they are local but their number and accent says otherwise. They also lie about when they have called and what they are doing.

Only rating this 2 stars because the calls seem to have stopped. A former employee of my business is possibly requesting verification (using this service). They have incessantly called 4-7 times a day, about 5 of the calls coming from since before our business is even open. The correct information is given to them, but literally ten minutes after someone else will call from First Advantage again and insist they have no records. This has gone on for a week now, but I believe it has finally stopped since it seems like having 16 records of the same information has finally stuck.

Impossible to get a customer service rep on the phone. Emailed support several times and no one will call me back. Went through the 'new user login' several times by not only referencing the website instructions, but by also downloading the setup instructions document as well as following the automated instructions via the customer support line. Seems to me this is some shady business. Would advise against using this company as it will lead to nothing but frustration.

I spoke to a lovely sales representative (A.G was her initials) who dealt with my case in a kind and professional way, she was polite and very helpful; and had a very sweet tone of voice. Thank you First Advantage for hiring such awesome staff. (She was number #1)

Worst company to do background checks. I have a clean background but still fail background checks. They ask me for a form and I still fail. I have lost multiple work from home opportunities because of it. I don’t know why people still use them. Smh
