This company is fake. They did not pick us up after a wedding in which they were already paid for. I know some people are thinking “this is a good price to rent a bus”. It’s not. Save your money. Don’t fall into their trap.

DON’T BOOK! Because they will never show. Probably a scam company! We were stranded at our wedding venue with no ride and when we called to check on it they cussed us out.

This company is very economical, but you get what you pay for. My organization spent around 15000 this year on busses with this company. There have been two times where our busses have not shown with no explanation. Our planned events had to be cancelled with huge losses. This company is not reliable. The refund process was a nightmare too. We will not be using them again.

This bus company so unprofessional from the dispatcher down to the drivers! It makes no sense the miscommunication is the biggest problem, it’s always everyone else’s fault besides their own and the dispatcher will back up a lie quicker than a defense attorney.

Service Last\ would be a better name for this organization. The bus never showed up and, since it was a Saturday, there was no one to answer our calls. A major event for over 50 young musicians had to be canceled. It has been almost a year since then, and I've faced a complete run-around regarding a refund, which should have been issued immediately. It seems legal proceedings are our only option.
