Rude to customers calling. Spoke to some one very flamboyant and callous. He was no help and rudely hung up.
Someone in the Moe's channel is asleep at the switch. Just had the worst fast food experience of my life at the Barrett Pkwy location. ATL is your turf and I expect better. Best part of the experience was the parking lot because it was empty and safe. Staff (4) all seriously overweight, under-trained, not customer focused, food line lacked normal ingredients, meats were dry, and those crushed chips in bags 2 go, you've got to be kidding! Sadly I will never return to this new location will visit a more established one soon to see if there is a new direction afoot. If this is the new trend for Moe's, you're in last place and should consider closing now.
This company is terrible. Asking to speak to someone about racism and the company hangup on me. Then after calling back several times finally got a lady that said someone would call me. I still haven't gotten a call back almost a week later. Terrible company, terrible management, and leadership. They won't even let you speak with any type of manager or person in charge.
I don't know anything about the work atmosphere but this is the parent company for Moe's. I had a God awful experience and then complained to the BBB, Moe's online and the manager of the location. Three weeks went by before I finally grew tired of being ignored and I had to research the parent company and call guest relations. I was told that they don't respond to BBB which is a HUGE red flag for any business but explained why I had not heard back. They stated they could not find my online complaint in their system and they had no idea why the manager of the location had not returned my call. After a very large catering order went horribly wrong I actually located an interview online from last year where Bruce Schroder explained his plan for success and mentioned how important back of the house operations, such as catering was to his goal. Someone needs to let him know that these locations are failing. It troubles me so when corporate perception is so far removed from the actual experience. There is only a matter of time before the location I dealt with is ultimately no longer profitable treating customer this way. They have tons of reviews about the uncleanliness as well.
