The one time I did get someone on the phone, they asked me 2 questions, said that I wasn’t 65, call back on the first and hung up in my face. I still need assistance. I’ve been calling all day for 2 days and either it’s busy, rings and someone picks up and hangs up on you or it’s just a recording that you can’t leave a message on. If you don’t have the funding, update your website or recording so we can stop calling. We’re calling because we really need help... who’s the director? Update: eventually, I got a call and received assistance. Thank you
