I had a Liheap appointment scheduled for yesterday which was the 16th at 9:45 I waited allday intact been waiting since November for an appointment just for nobody to call and complete my intake. I am livid o cancelled appointments and everything for this appointment so unprofessional!!!!

The staff were nice only went once, when the funds come in line stay busy called 3 days 8 to 330 on my forth day, now the phone hang up nothing ring one time out of no the times I. called then a full answer machine. Prayer

I got they number from GA power i called last month they say only 65 and older..they pick up when they cant help you but soon as the funds are available they are unavailable ijs.. what difference does it make if people need help poor services if you ask me.
