I went with my finance to get our marriage license on a Wednesday morning. The building is a bit hard to navigate but staff was very helpful making it no problem. The whole process took roughly 45 minutes another 15 minutes to park and walk to the building. All and all we had a very nice experience. Special thanks to the folks at front door security for their help and kind words!

If I could do a zero star, I would! Covid has been a hard time for everyone but when the website says they are open during Covid, you’d think they’d be open at the office at Pryor. That is not the case and the security at the gate have no clue what they are doing. I said I needed to go to the area of name change the superior court she hands me information for birth certificates at the vitals record office. I told her it’s not the same office I needed the support court. The officer said I don’t care, we are closed. Terrible service especially when they don’t even know what information they give out. This office was horrible before Covid but even worse now. They need to clean house in this office and get people that want to work and are helpful!
It took me about two hours to find someone who would actually help me with the paperwork I needed, I was sent off to different floors and offices and no one bothered to even attempt to help me to get the paperwork I needed. Once I was about to have a breakdown a young man cared enough to ask me if I needed help and didn't leave my side until I found the right department, thanks to him I was able to get what I needed, other than him EVERYONE else was not helpful and didn't bother to even attempt to help me. Everyone was so quick to send me on my way without even hearing my issues. Im so thankful for that gentleman who helped me after hours or getting the runaround.
Staff is very helpful and all signs are visible as well. Building is kept to good standards for the public and employees who need to access the building when needed to
Most of the judges and the attorneys in Fulton county should be fired. If you ever want to know where a lot of your tax money goes, look no further than the Fulton County court system: unnecessary trips and renovations and overseas junkets all on taxpayer dime. And they feel no shame nor remorse. The renovations are endless and every time I walk in there, I keep wondering what exactly they’re renovating or whether some commissioner have their friends their contract and took some of that money for themselves: the elevator is terrible and one is almost always out of order. The building looks like it hasn’t had a paint job in millennia, yet that scaffolding has been there for a solid year, if not longer. The staff, especially security at the front is snappish. And some of the judges think they’re god and can get away with anything(or else they’ll file an injunction against you or hold you in contempt).
