VERY RUDE!!! Mainly the FEMALES that work there do not answer the phone on purpose. Once in a while when they do answer the phone they have attitudes. I guess ANYBODY can walk in off the street and get hired there. lol

Why don’t government entities take their service as serious as businesses. I guess success doesn’t rely on quality service delivered. Please update your hours to reflect accurate hours of operation. Also please add information to your site to inform what payment options are available. This will save people trips. Additionally, make sure you have people available to answer your phones. Auto attendants are ok but, doesn’t excuse the need for a person answering as well. Many businesses are feeling the effects of the pandemic. You are not excused from serving your customer. Or are you?

Follow the directional signs. Print everything. Be nice and they seem nice. Wait your turn to ask. They have to interact with all types of people good and bad. I have never had any problems there. They work hard to move people through the system. If everyone took care of their own problems and liabilities they wouldn't be needed. Thank you
