After being told my wait time would be 20 minutes I actually was on hold for 1 HOUR AND 2 MINUTES!! Completely unacceptable. This needs to be addressed. So then after a five minute conversation I was asked to hold only to be hung up on. Now I'm calling back again & my estimated wait time is 22 minutes...Lets see how long I have to really wait. 49 MINUTES on hold the second time, only to be transferred to someone's voicemail. Outstanding customer service.

I was on hold for what was to be 21 minutes that turned into 25 minutes. Which would have been cool but they hung up on me. When I called back, got the same 21 minute wait message and it was 15 minutes until closing. Craziness!!!
"please call with any questions"? your estimated hold time will be 16 min, fine, I spent 60 MIN on hold with them learned all about registering an out of state vehicle and that "picture" is really pronounced as "pitcher" !!!!!!! then the system HUNG UP ON ME!!! all i have to say is, a wonderfully spent lunch hour....

I am new to the area and needed information on registering my car and figuring out the new valorem tax. After being on hold for 20 minutes the customer service representative was very rude and insensitive to my misunderstanding of the process. He belittled me and refused to give further information to the point where I was so frustrated that I hung up on him. I hope I never need to contact them again.
An hour on hold in order to receive a "distinct customer service" ... I guess it is distinct in a sense that it is poor and not helpful at all. You guys need to get it together.
