I’m a new plant mom and wanted to know about and purchase plants for my outdoor patio mid-winter. Making an appointment was super quick and easy and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I left a happy plant owner! FYI- This nursery came up first when I searched black-owned but it is not. It is however woman-owned which I will still gladly get behind anytime I’ll be back and with friends!

Our favorite shop for outdoor and indoor plants. They have a chicken coop which is instant entertainment for out little one. They take appointments during COVID so we felt very safe. Great selection. They also have Christmas trees in December and offer garden sitting services.

Just completed my first trip to Garden Hood and I couldn't be more grateful to have found this gem in our city!! Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me navigate the unknown (I accidentally kill all plants!) and feel totally comfortable doing so. I visited GardenHood yesterday for the first time. My friend bought a new place and wanted me to help him find some plants. I was impressed with their selection and staff. I didn’t catch his name, but he was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. They have great COVID protocols, too. Great nursery and would visit again!

Very nice selection of outdoor plants trees etc. Indoor plan section is not as vast but has good options. It is a joy to walk around in the garden-like environment. Parking is right up front (gravel lot) so it's easy to get to this location. Staff is friendly. I would reccomend this place, definitely
